4. Order Confirmation
For Cash on Delivery orders, Maison Fyrea may contact the customer by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or another available communication method to confirm the order.
We reserve the right not to ship an order if the information cannot reasonably be verified or if there are reasonable indications of fraudulent or abusive ordering activity.
5. Cash on Delivery
Maison Fyrea offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders in Morocco.
The customer pays the confirmed amount to the courier when the order is delivered.
The total amount due, including applicable delivery fees, will be communicated before or during order confirmation.
6. Delivery
Maison Fyrea delivers to eligible locations throughout Morocco.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Customer location
- Courier availability
- Weather
- Holidays
- High order volumes
- Incorrect customer information
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Maison Fyrea is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
8. Cancellation and Withdrawal
Customers may request cancellation of an order before shipment by contacting Maison Fyrea.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Moroccan law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights provided by Moroccan law.
